Personal information - such as the subscriber's name, address, telephone number - is provided to Realtysoft by subscribers in order to establish an account. Confidential real estate information - such as personal profile, seller, buyer and property information - is created and maintained on Realtysoft by each subscriber in the normal course of using our services.

Realtysoft completely protects the confidentiality of all subscribers' personal information, confidential real estate information and personal communications to the fullest extent possible and consistent with the law and the legitimate interests of individual subscribers, Realtysoft, its partners, its employees and other subscribers of Realtysoft's services.

Data Security

To protect the loss, misuse, and alteration of information that is collected, stored and transmitted, Realtysoft has appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures in place.

Realtysoft subscribers can control, modify or restrict any information displayed or transmitted as a result of using our services.

Realtysoft will not otherwise disclose its subscribers' personal, account or confidential real estate information unless Realtysoft has reason to believe that disclosing such information is necessary to identify, make contact with, or bring legal action against someone who may be causing harm or interfering with the rights or property of Realtysoft, Realtysoft's subscribers, or others, or where Realtysoft has a good faith belief that the law requires such disclosure.
